  1. Scholarship Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A student should be registered to a programme as an undergraduate student in the History of Science Department Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vak\u0131f University or The Prof. Dr. Fuat Sezgin Institute for the History of Science in Islam FSMVU.<\/span><\/p>\n

    .<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    The duration of the scholarship is four academic years (8 terms) for the undergraduate students, 5 years for the students who chose to study in the preparatory class (10 terms) and 2 years (one year for courses, one year for the thesis, in total 24 months) for the master of arts students.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Students who are 24 years old, even though they have the right of education, cannot benefit the scholarship. Undergraduate students who get a score under 350 in the university exam, even though they have the right of education, cannot benefit the scholarship. Postgraduate students who have a job which they earn money in the public or private sectors, or who are thirty years old, even though they have the right of education, cannot benefit the scholarship.<\/span><\/p>\n

      To earn the right to a scholarship, the English level of the undergraduate students should be 55 in YDS, of the postgraduate students 65 or an equivalent score in TOEFL or IELTS exams. The foreign language exams of other institutions or universities are not accepted. The ALES score should be at least 75 for the postgraduate students.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
